Hello,

I uploaded the firmware into bq40z80 but I got bqstudio error, after few seconds GUI disconnected. When I restart the GUI it happening again.

Also I select the IC number manually, bqstudio not opening automatically with IC's page.

Hello Alikaan,

1. Update your EV2400 firmware to the latest from the EV2400 product page

2. Try programming the firmware again. It looks like programming was interrupted due to communication error or power issues. If power was interrupted, then the IC may be bricked, otherwise you should be able to recover

Hello, is there any resource for firmware update ? I cannot reach the programming files, GUI disconnecting. Also pack voltage is around 10V, should I increase the pack voltage ? I'm using 6S configuration.

Yes, increase the pack voltage to 3V per cell
