Dear All,

Me too. I would like to create Tina SPICE model of UC3525. Anybody knows which way is possible create this IC macro model using discrete componnents? On the data sheet we have only schematics for Oscilator, Error Amplifier and Output Circuit, but I don't know which way on discrete components create proper PWM module, Reference Regulator and Flip-Flops. The data sheet not contains these modules on the discrete components.

    Wojciech,

    TI does not offer a TINA/PSPICE model for UC3525A. Legacy PWMs such as UC3525A are foundational to TI's power management portfolio and while we still support the design and use of these PWMs, TI is very limited to how much new development gets committed to legacy ICs. As you can understand, TI also does not make the internal IC design details publicly available but we do strive to strike a balance between presenting IC block diagrams that convey enough top level information related to the functionality of the IC while at the same time protecting TI intellectual property. If you want to easily investigate the behavior of voltage mode control (VMC) I suggest you configure the UCC28C45 to operate as a VMC PWM. UCC28C45 TINA/PSPICE models are available in the product folder here. Any current mode PWM can be configured as VMC according to the diagram below:
