Please help to answer several questions:

1. What is the FAULT voltage if FAULT pin is floating, VSUPPLY>V(POR_rising), VEN>VIH(EN)

2. What is the FAULT voltage if FAULT pin is floating, VSUPPLY<V(POR_rising), VEN>VIH(EN)

3. Can we analysis the fault pin structure according to below diagram? Does this diagram show all the circuits?

1. If no fault, it will be pull up by internal pullup current. Please refer to 6.7 Typical Characteristics test waveforms in datasheet

2. Please refer to 6.7 Typical Characteristics test waveforms in datasheet

3. No, it just shows IO Pin Inner Connection. There is also pullup and pull-down circuit controlled by fault detect status.
