LM5069: The dv/dt Inrush Control for LM5069

We use the LM5069 for the Hot Swap circuit, and we wants to know the detail Calculation formula(Capacitance, Diode, Transistor, Resistor) for the below red frame, thanks.

    The GATE potential will be at 12.6V above Vin voltage. So, the voltage rating of Cdv/dt should be > (Vin+12.6V) The value of capacitance is decided by the amount of inrush current you want to control. Please use design calculator for that.


    Reverse voltage rating should be > (Vin+12.6V) 

    average current support should be > 22uA. you can select any 100mA type of diode something like 1N4148W-7-F


    voltage rating should be > (Vin+12.6V) 

    Current rating should be in the range of couple of 100mA (prefereably 500mA support) to discharge the Cdv/dt capacitor.
