When using BQ27Z561-R2, ChemID # 7142 needs to be updated. We encountered a strange problem, could you please help analyze the cause?
1. Without connecting the battery, open the software BQSTUDIO and manually select BQ27Z561-R1 to see the ID of 7142.
2. When I connect the battery and open the BQSTUDIO software, the software will automatically enter the interface of BQ27Z561-R2, but I cannot find the ID of 7142;
3. Because the software will automatically redirect to the R2 version, I cannot update to the battery of BQ27Z561-R2. May I ask what is the reason for this?
In addition, we have downloaded the ID upgrade package 1022 for ID7142 and updated it to the BQSTUDIO software.
