BQ76940: BQ76940 initilization abnormal in -10 ℃

Part Number: BQ76940

Dear Sir

The recent test found that when BMS is below -10 ℃, (it is no problem for the temperature to recover above 0 degrees) after AFE enters Shutdown Mode and wakes up through TS1 pin, MCU cannot initialize AFE successfully, resulting in failure of reading voltage, current and temperature.
However, the REGOUT voltage of 3.3V has been normal, we have removed C11 and C15, it should be OK, we are still analyzing and solving, and the samples from the customer are still suspended
The question is: When the power supply is normal, why does the initialization fail? Is it risky to get rid of C11 and C15? thank you!
