Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28C43
Hi team,
The UC1843/5 can be shut down by two methods, may I ask the quiescent current of UC1843/5 in the shutdown mode?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Ivy

Ivy,
How about the data sheet section below that shows 11 mA TYP and 17 mA MAX?:
These values are valid only for the given test conditions shown at the top of the parametric table listed in section 7.5 of the UC1843 data sheet. Since the discrete devices used to implement the shut down may also have some varying impact on quiescent current due to their associated DC resistance, the exact quiescent value should be measured under the customers exact use case. UC1843 is a TI legacy PWM that is made on a bipolar process. Bipolar PWMs have a much high quiescent current compared to BiCMOS versions such as UCC28C43.
