UCC12041-Q1: Which package drawing we need to follow?

Hello Sir:

We saw two package drawing on datasheet.

One package shows IPC-7351 NOMINAL 7.3 mm CLEARANCE/CREEPAGE and the other one shows HV / ISOLATION OPTION 8.1 mm CLEARANCE/CREEPAGE.

Please let us know which package drawing we need to follow?
