TPS25947EVM: Iout leakage current depends on Vin

1. Customer is using which channel of EVM?

2. How are they measuring current?

3. For 2nd condition how are they giving voltages? Are they connecting two separate supplies of 7.4V at IN and OUT?

Hi Shoo,

Let me check with design team and get back.  We can not estimate current. We mention typical value in datasheet:

You can think that since EN=0 that means FET is off. It will conduct in subthreshold region. if we increase VIN-VOUT from -7.4 to 0 the current should increase. More the VIN-VOUT more will be the current.

I think customer result is confirming with theory. When they increase VIN-VOUT leakage current increases.

Regarding to customer's data, leakeage current decrease even though VIN-VOUT increase.

EN=L, Vin=0V, Vout=7.4V, Iout=-13uA

EN=L, Vin=7.4V, Vout=7.4V, Iout="-79"uA

 Could you kindly confirming that?
