TLV62569: worked abnormally in the production of the whole machine

The customer reported that the WIFI module WF-M687-RDP1A worked abnormally in the production of the whole machine, and the TLV62569DBVR was abnormal through fault detection, and the module worked normally after replacing the 62569. There are currently a total of 16pcs. The customer did an impedance test, the customer asked to return the faulty chip to the factory for testing, please help look at this problem, thank you!
