Schematically, all are connected together. If you want more elaborate schematic, you can always have an independent Analog ground symbol for AGND pin. And another power ground symbol for connection on GND and PGND pins. And then tie the two ground symbols together with a net. See EVM figure 4-1 schematic at : https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slvu135a/slvu135a.pdf Follow the EVM layout as closely as possible. It also shows the AGND, PGND and GND connections with the EPAD. Finally, this guidance is provided in section 7 "Pin Configuration and Functions" in datasheet on page 4.
