For the buck ,

Input Signal= 4-20mA Current source variable voltage source

Output Voltage=3.3V

Output Current=0.01A (Only 6mA required)

The schematic and component choices look fine. Please make sure to pick adequate voltage ratings on the Cin, Cout caps. Also, if the IOUT requirement is that low, you can also check other parts like TPS629203 instead.

Can you share the information regarding the GNS'S. Since Here I shorted all different GND together Is it possible? Kindly provide me the proof?

I mean the different GND s.

PGND,AGND,GND,EPAD all I connected together. Is it possible? Can you provide the proof?

Schematically, all are connected together. If you want more elaborate schematic, you can always have an independent Analog ground symbol for AGND pin. And another power ground symbol for connection on GND and PGND pins. And then tie the two ground symbols together with a net. See EVM figure 4-1 schematic at : https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slvu135a/slvu135a.pdf Follow the EVM layout as closely as possible. It also shows the AGND, PGND and GND connections with the EPAD. Finally, this guidance is provided in section 7 "Pin Configuration and Functions" in datasheet on page 4.
