I am trying to simulate the LTspice model of LM5106 , But i am getting the error after 2ms . It would be helpful if the corrected file is shared.

Thank you for reaching out! Can you clarify which LM5106 file you are using? On our product folder page, you can find the "unencrypted" model which is needed to function in LTspice.

It looks like this could be an error with the unencrypted model or LT Spice. I ran the LM5106 PSpice Transient model (Rev. C) and obtained the following results:
Did you make any changes to this simulation profile? What is the time step value you are currently using?

Hi Alex,
YEs , when i use the PSpice for TI lib with the given circuit it is c=working later when i add power mosfets to form a half bridge .Below error is throwing for me.

Hi Pavan,
Thank you for sharing! I encountered the same error when using the CSD19502Q5B MOSFET model. The simulation should work if you use a regular NMOS model:
You could then change the parameters of the MOSFET to match the parameters of the CSD MOSFET you would like to use.
