TPS53513: Enable function delay

While testing start-up sequence in our design, I observed about 1ms of delay between enable and soft-start. A diagram in datasheet shows that the delay is about 400 µs. However there is also a start-up sequence waveform in datasheet that appear to show 1ms of delay.

Is this an error in diagram, or these variation should be considered in our design?

Hey Keita,

This should be considered in your design. The controller can be delayed if it tries to calibrate the pin-strap settings and store them in to the internal registers mid cycle, causing it to have to wait for another cycle.
