TPS7B81-Q1: package information request(Coplanarity)

I think there isn't cross-sectional shape information and thickness infomaiton of pin as like  as following figure in blue circuit.

How do we confirm this information?

I'd like to make sure about thickness variation of pins.

Thickness variation information(0.018<=  =<0.024) is located near by mold.
And, thickness of tip of pin is defined as fixed value(0.02).

Then, could we apply variation information near by mold to tip of pin?

I will have to reach out to our Packaging team to make sure. I looked at the drawings and the (0.018<=  =<0.024) variation also corresponds to the Tab.

Hi Kuramochi-San, 

I have followed with the Packaging Team on this. However, it is best to assume that the thickness of the pin is 0.02.

If the customer wants/needs some sort of tolerance(min/max), then, the 0.018<=  =<0.024 could be used as a tolerance if the customer wants to have some sort of range, even if this corresponds to the Tab itself and doesn't correlate to the pin thickness.
