I am looking for alternate for TPS54319 with 4.5V-17V input and 3A output current. The out voltage =3.8V

Looking Efficiency and load regulation same as that of TPS54319.

I checked that TPS54319 Vin is from 2.95V to 6V? Are you looking for a new device with 4.5V to 17V now? I would suggest you can look at TPS563252/7 TPS563252 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com which is 3-17V, 3A Buck converter with good efficient performance. Do you have other requirement?
