UCC27211A: output pulse is larger than input

Hi Team,

input pulse is 60ns, but output is ~100ns. see below waveform. middle is normal waveform and bottom is abnormal waveform. Both has 60ns input pulse.

And we also found that the issue is easy to be reproduced when Vdc is high, for example, above 60V.

CH1:MOSFET VDS, CH2: MOSFET VGS, CH4: input of UCC27211

Thanks for your reply.

Ch3 is Vds of low side FET that UCC27211 drive.

Ch1 is Vds of HS side FET that UCC27211 drive
