What is the difference between the blue and the green curves? Is this measurement on the EVM or on a custom board?

Amod,

That should be two test methods, quasi-peak and average detector.

Got it Zach. You might need to refer to AN-2162 to design an input EMI filter to help with this. There is nothing specific about the TPS54527 that is required to design the input filter. You need to ensure there is no unwanted resonance between the input common mode choke and the ceramic input capacitors. An input cap with more ESR may be needed to dampen resonance.
