TPS543820: Layout Review

Hi Team,

We are using the TPS543820RPY Switcher part in our Layout Board file. I had attached the images of the Board file and Schematics. Please review the layout and share your feedback with us.

The PCB we are using is of 12 Layers:

IC - Place on top

Layers 2,4,9 and 11 are Ground

R220 is No mount.

Hi Teja,

The layout looks good.
We usually do not connect SW1 (Pin #10) and SW2(Pin #13) together. But this should not heart anything.

Also, more thermal vias close to PGND pins would be beneficial and keep the IC running cooler.

I have not checked the values of the components, as you are asking just for layout review.
If you wanted me to review the whole design, then let us know.
