TPS54302: Not Compatible with TPS54308?

Part Number: TPS54302
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54308

Hello E2E Experts,

Good day.

When the TPS54308 was unavailable, we substituted the TPS54302 with no other cct modifications. The application is 24VDC input, +/-3.3VDC output at 1A.

 Schematic:

Note: 22ufd Caps C106,107,112,113 PN is TDK C2012X6S0J226M series. C108 PN is TDK CGA6P3X7RIE226M250AB

The 302 device in cct produces the following positive output with ~200mA positive load and 0mA negative load:

The same cct with TPS54308 installed on the identical PCB, the same loads output is:

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
