Hi Team,

Good day. 

I was looking for the DC Current Gain of this device. The datasheet mentioned that it is very high but does not specify the value.

    Hi Marvin, 

    The DC current gain of this device depends on several variables.

    The following plots in Section 6.7 of the datasheet can be used to determine the collector current possible given the VCE (sat) and input current for a single channel operating or two channels in parallel operating.
