TPS563211: ENABLE Pin

Dear All,

I have some questions about TPS563211 enable pin,

from the spec, if EN pin is floating, TPS563211 can enable by itself,

does it mean I don't need to wait for any signal trigger EN pin, just need VIN over 4.2V and it can start working?

If I need to use 1.8~3.3V to trigger EN pin, how can I design?

    Hi Endy,

    You are right. If EN is floating, converter start working if Vin is higher than its Vin UVLO rising threshold.

    If you wants to use 3.3V signal to enable TPS563211, signal generator could be used or external resistor divider could be used.
