Thanks again for using our MOSFETs, as per other discussion I will not repeat the same explanation.

To get a 100% lead free device you would need to move to a SON3x3 (Q3A) wirebond type device, the closest in performance to the CSD17501Q5A would be the CSD17581Q3A.
