After reading the datasheet and E2E other thread , 

The POR bit will be set when the device wakes up after each of the following events:

  • Sending a shutdown command.
  • Sending a reset command.
  • Removing power from the device.

have a few questions

1. Send a shutdown command and Send a reset command
    is to use 

  ?

 2..What means "Removing power from the device."

    Hello Kaho,

    1-  Are you asking when you should send a reset or a shutdown command? If so, the answer can be found in this FAQ.

    2- "Removing power from the device" means that the battery pack has been removed or the power supply (acting as battery pack) has been power cycled. In other words, if power is removed from BAT+/BAT-, then the device will shutdown. When you insert the power again, the device will wake up and start all the initializations again.
