TPS65235: Use as a receiver to be integrated into an LNB

Hi,

I have been looking at designing an LNB which is controlled by DiSEqC signalling and found this IC. From reading the datasheet it appears that IC provides a +13V/+18V signal with the 22kHz. Is it also possible to use this IC to receive these signals and then convert them to GPIO or some logic signal which can be sent to microcontroller for switching bands etc.
