Unfortunately, IBIS model is not available.
We have spec in datasheet for input capacitor. There is no spec for max and it should not affect the supply voltage drop due to higher ESR.

I understand that IBIS model is not available.
I would like to know the parasitic capacitance of the SCL(#13) and SDA(#12) pins which affect the signal integrity of the I2C bus.
It is normally modelled in IBIS, but if that is not available, could you please share me the design data?

Hi Shinji,
Parasitic capacitance expected max around ~5pF. It should not exceed higher than this.
