Hi Experts,
We need your assistance with this inquiry. I'm posting this on behalf of our customer.
I download the latest firmware from BQ78350-DEVICE-FW Support software | TI.com. I update 78350-r1 to the latest 78350-r1A.
After I updated it, the registers-current shows -60mA on the bqstudio , it was 6mA before.
I bought a BQ78350-r1a chip with the latest firmware version, this shows the correct current on the bqstudio.
What is wrong with the firmware I download?
My question is after I update to R1A, the currents shown on bqstudio will be higher than before? 6mA becomes 60mA when no loading. I use win11, do you think it is win11's problem?
