UCC23313: UCC23313: Questions on understanding output of the gate driver

Can you share your gate driver schematic? And indicate what nodes these measurements show? 290 ohms is a very high resistor. But there may even be a problem with the output power supply. The output should not be inverted.

I just noticed you tagged your post with amateur. Don't feel bad - we all started there in the beginning.

I might suggest giving all info when asking for help. For example, your scope plot is unlabeled. We don't know what the green waveform is, or the yellow waveform. Most scopes allow you to input the name of the signal on the scope itself so it's printed on the display.

And, then like Sean asked for - a schematic with the voltages and components you're using. And then tell us what node to probed each signal on the scope at if it isn't obvious. For example, on the output, which side of the gate resistor did you probe?

Hi Don and Sean. Thanks for the tips. Here is a rough schematic of the build I am using, with corresponding markings on where each probe was connected on the scope.
Rext = 300 ohms
Capacitors = 4.7uF (as reccomended by datasheets)
Input Voltage = 5 V
Outout Voltage of DC-DC regulator = 15 V

I will also note that I am trying to drive this Power MOSFET (NTP5D0N15MC)

Can you take a picture of your board maybe? The concept schematic makes sense, but it is hard to say what is going wrong without seeing the real thing.
