    Hi James,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    In BT standard, it requires the detection works between VDD-VSS = 2.7 - 10.1 V. In practice, we need to consider 2 x diode forward drop to ensure the FET in red cycle can be turned on when VDD-VSS = 2.7-0.7x2 = 1.3 V. So this FET needs to have <1.3 V threshold voltage (normally ~ 1V).
