Is there a PSpice Model available for this device? If not are there any recommendations for trying to simulate this device in PSpice?

Hi, Austin,

You can probably use this one:

It's for a dual channel driver, UCC21220A, but it's similar to the UCC5304.

It may not be exactly the same, but it should be close enough for simulations.
