We're using the LM5069MM-2 device for inrush and reverse protection and we're seeing a strange startup problem when tested at -10C or below. At room temperature the board powers up properly, but once we hit the -10C threshold it fails to start up on initial powerup. One interesting consistent behavior is that if we cycle power, the unit will power up properly on the second powerup.
On initial startup, we find the part is continuously cycling the TIMER pin from 0 to 50mV, then restarting. It never achieves the full 4V level and remains cycling indefinitely with a period of about 400us.
