TPS43061: Recommended FET with 40V VDS

My customer is considering to use TPS43061RTER for their system. We have proposed CSD87334Q3D or CSD87333Q3D for the FETs. But they requires FET that have 40V VDS. Could you give us some recommendation from the 40V line up?

Sorry for the long delay.

I went through some reference design of newer part to look for common FET choices in similar applications, but it is difficult to find the best recommendation.
As I am no expert on TI FETs, I can only go through the part search myself and check the specs.

I have also looped in the FET team once more, so they can give more insights on suitable part choices.

Hello Osashi-san,

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. TI does not have any 40V power block devices. This would require discrete FETs. I'd recommend the CSD18514Q5A (40V NFET in 5x6mm SON package) or the CSD18543Q3A (60V NFET in 3.3x3.3mm SON package). The CSD18543Q3A is a smaller solution but estimated power loss is a little higher vs. the CSD18514Q5A. These are both the lowest cost discrete FETs for this application. I'm attaching the FET selection spreadsheet I used to do the power loss estimates for your review.
