Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO, BQ76942
Hi there
If I program bq76942 data registers and calibrate it using BQstudio software .
Then do I need to program it again in the c code which I am flashing for algorithm build up?
Thanks

Hi Niraj,
Registers that get programmed in the One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory will not be needed to be reprogrammed. However, any other changes not made with the OTP will need to be reflashed when going from BQstudio to c code. If you are interested in using the OTP, more information can be found on the FAQ: Common questions for OTP programming with the Bq769x2 Device Family. However, in most applications it is generally better to just send the calibration from an MCU.
Best,
