Q1: Test condition is VEN = 0V ?

Q2: Is 3.3V/Adjustable also applicable to this specification?

    Q1: No, VEN is not equal to 0. This current is measured under the condition of input and output voltage, but non-switching. Generally, the output voltage will be slightly higher than the required voltage. make the chip not switch.
