TPS61165: Simulating PWM dimming in PSpice

Part Number: TPS61165

LED Driver team,

Our customer is trying to simulate the TPS61165 PWM dimming in PSpice.  The PWM duty cycle isn't having any effect, while using the Transient model Startup schematic available on our product page.  I took the same files and ran simulations, and found the same thing.  I've modified the duty cycle, and I even tried the frequency, but neither has any impact.  The Vfb remains at 200 mV, so the current is not changed.

I've tested with the PWM frequency at 40 kHz and at 83.3 kHz, which is within the range given in the datasheet.

Also, I tried just setting the CTRL pin to 0V.  It does disable the switching in the TPS61165 after 2.5 ms.

Can you help with some advice on what might need to be done in PSpice to get dimming working?

Thanks,
Darren
