BQ79656EVM-021: how to connect evm card with PC without usbtoany with any usb to uart converter

i have BQ79656EVM and trying to connect with my PC with UART connection but BQ79656EVM is not able to connect the device.

HI Amit,

Are you using TI-GUI with USB2ANY or are you using your own MCU to connect to BQ79656 EVM? Also we'll need more information, have you powered up the EVM? That means a correct WAKE PING is sent through RX pin.

Hi Ted

I am not using usbtoany converter, I am tring to connect via other usb to UART converter although trying with TI-GUI software, basically trying without MC

If you use TI GUI you need the load the related firmware. Pls check the below link for the GUI user guide and follow the steps to run the EVM with TI GUI.
