1. latest firmware : where can be downloaded ?

2. PSE System Firmware GUI : where can be downloaded and how can use?

Both the MSP430 firmware and PSE System Firmware GUI can be found on the ti page for TPS23882, second request link as shown below:

Once you submit your request, we can move forward with granting you access to the mySecure folder where both items are located.
