TPS1641: Purpose of I_sink; is there an output discharge function?

Part Number: TPS1641

Hi,

I'm considering the TPS1641 family of eFuse ICs, and would prefer a part that does not place a load on the output when the switch is disabled (En = low)—usually referred to as an output discharge function.  In the block diagram shown in the datasheet on page 12, a current sink labeled "Isink" is shown connected to the output pin via a switch.

Is this accurate; is there really a current sink in this part?  If so, when does it get enabled by the IC, and how much current does it sink when enabled?  I'm questioning the block diagram since I could not find answers to these questions in the datasheet, nor anything in the prose that suggests that there is meant to be an output discharge function.

Thank you for any insight you can provide!
