Hello,

Does TI have any similar parts to either the ISL7457SRHF/PROTO, EL7457CSZ, ISL706ARHF/PROTO, or the ISL72991RHF/PROTO? The cross reference tool was not very helpful with these.

    Hi Adam, 

    The ISL72991RHF/PROTO is the engineering model of a rad-hard negative LDO, there are two options in the Space portfolio:

    • LM137QML-SP is radiation hardened, has a wider input/output voltage range with wider dropout
    • TPS7H1210-SEP is radiation tolerant, has similar dropout and slighltly lower input/output voltage range.

    ISL706ARHF/PROTO is the engineering model of a rad-hard supply voltage supervisor, the closest match from TI is TL7700-SEP.  

    ISL7457SRHF/PROTO is the engineering model of a rad-hard CMOS driver, EL7457CSZ is the commercial equivalent.   While TI does not offer this exact type of product  Depending on what the customer is trying to do with it, a MOSFET gate driver like UC1707-SP could be applicable, or a level shifter or non-inverting driver could work.
