Hi George,

When you talk about leaded vs non leaded and lead free, are you referring to the device not containing Lead (Pb), or are you referring to the pins?

Hi Edgar,

Yes, I do mean to the device in itself being non leaded which would be PB free vs the devices that have lead.

Hi George,

Thank you for the clarification. This is an old device and it is hard to find data related to it.

There was a big push early 2000s to have no PB devices. Also this device was inherited from National Semiconductor.

This should not affect the performance of the device in any means.
