Hi, wade
what you mean about? 12V is used for the power loop. Device needs a 12V to work properly.
Hi, wade
it means that communication doesn't work, pls follow the user guide to setup the EVM.
Hi, wade
I remember in another thread, you have connected with the EVM, but report the charge pump fault.
You can check what is the difference between two version.
From my side, pls check with the VDD to see if it is correct.
Dear Zhiqian
I remember in another thread, you have connected with the EVM, but report the charge pump fault.==>i know
but now always can't connected hardware
IF I DON't give external 3.3V for VDDEXT. The VDD=2.892V, IF I external the VDD=3.29V,but always appear
Hi, wade
So you can connect to the device when you don't give external 3.3V?
Hi, wade
Have you ever connected to EVM in the before? I remember you have seen the charge pump fault.
Yes, it was possible to connect to the EVM before, but I disabled the charge pump, changed the vdd to 5v, and then it will flash, and it is connected to the EVM, but it still cannot control the IC. After a while, it cannot be connected When the EVM is reached, I changed the VDD to 3.3V, but still can't connect to the EVM
Hi, wade
Oh, you don't tell me the device has flashed. Sounds like EVM meet some problems and broken.
Hi, wade
I am from product line, I mainly support technical problems, for the samples or EVM request, I has no response. Also, I am not familiar with the sales team in Taiwan. Maybe you can find it in the TI website?
