UCD90160A: does UCD90160A has detection for its VCC?

Hello expert,

My customer would like to know if there is VCC detect function. Can UCD90160A record it's own Vcc(3.3V) power fault and provide to BMC the next power cycle? if yes, what's the method we need to implement? Thanks a lot!

Hi Ann,

It does not seem like there fault response from Vcc power fault, I will confirm with the engineer who covers these devices when they return June 8th.

Customer would like to make sure that UCD90160A knows the power drop event is from other monitoring power rail or itself 3.3V drop. Thanks!

Hi Ann,

After checking with our engineer, this device does not monitor the voltage on Vcc, the customer would have to use a MON pin to the 3.3V Vcc if they would like to monitor it's voltage.
