I am trying to connect the TPS65987D to a TPS66020, but I need the output when the circuit is a Source to be at a regulated 65W. The USB Type C port can can take in freely anything from 11V to 32V when the circuit is acting as the Sink. I need to know if I need to connect a Buck-Boost to my output or if a should not worry about using the TPS66020.

I switched up the components that I need. I now want to use the TPS25750S PD controller and connect it to a BQ25731 Battery charge controller as it seems to have a better GUI, however I am still confused on how the connections should be made between these two chips and the type c port. Here is the general block diagram. The only power constraint that I need to achieve is that when the USB Port is the acting like the source then it needs to output at least 65W. The input into the port can be anything from 11V to 32V.
