I have a project need a 5V when:

1. input 6.8~19V,output voltage 5V or a little higher(external power supplier,consider the cable loss),output current 0~0.5A.

2.we need to get a well EMC performance,so what's you proposal for the SYNC/MODE configuration and the power coil selection?

The customer can use the tool to customize the design.

Please update the tool with the correct customer values.

You can use the Webench designer to design the EMI filter.

In the above tool you would use the LM63615 from the pull down menu for LM63610.
