TPS65983B: Negotiation issue in specific laptop

Hi Sir,

My customer hae negitiation issue on their old docking product by using TPS65983B. Please check the log as attached. Their FW version is v1.38.06.

If that's our FW issue, can customer try to use TPS65982's newer FW on TPS65983B?
