REF35: Noise specification clarification

Some of the figures and the specifications don't define the CNR cap value that was used. If CNR isn't defined, is it zero?

In particular, do these items reflect Cnr=0?

7.5 NOISE specification, Figure 7-11, Figure 7-12, Figure 7-13.
