I have design 400mA output current with my operating conditions. 

Are you saying that I have take current maximum 310mA.

With your operating conditions as below, you can go up to maximum output current of 310mA.

I/P-3 VDC to 6VDC

O/P-5V/400mA

I didn't find a isolated Flybuck with your operating output current range which is 400mA. However, there are some app notes which shows the design of flybuck by using some converters.

Please have a look below.

2. AN-2292 Designing an Isolated Buck (Fly-Buck) Converter (Rev. C) (ti.com)

Meanwhile i will check internally with other product line to find a convert which meets your requirements.

This Input range too high.

Just I am also working  Solutions PMP4190 and SN6505B.

But I am facing problem Transformer using solution PMP4190.

I have need transformer struction of this transformer. As per design GCI Transformer is not available in stock.so I am alternate part instead of GCI Transformer.

If you have knowledge please suggest me.
