Hi Team,

The absolute max rating of mosfet is +25V and -10V but as I've used DCPA10515D the negative output voltage is -12V. I used two 1uF capacitors at the output side of converter between positive and common as well as negative and common.

I would like to reduce this negative voltage below -10V. Can you please suggest me some possible ways to do so. Thanks in advance!

I would like a little more clarification on your question.

It seems like you are using the 15Vout device, but are only getting 12Vout ??

It is possible that you are taking too much load from the device.

Hi Frank,

Yes, That could be the reason and the input voltage is around 3.2V. So, This could make the output to be 12V. As it has dual output +12V and -12V, I'm fine with the positive voltage but I would like to reduce the negative voltage to -5V. So, Is it possible to reduce the negative output voltage to -5V? If so, Please suggest me some solutions.

Hello

You would need to use a linear regulator to bring the -12v down to -5V. These devices were designed for

symmetrical outputs.
