We have completed the schematic & board design with IMVP-7 Multi-phase regulator "TPS59641".
Here You are requested to review the schematic for once, this will really help us.
I have commented down our operating conditions & design considerations on schematic page as well as here-
Target CPU (SoC):
Intel Atom E3826
Intel Baytrail- I
Operating Conditions:
VIN: 5V
VOUT (CPU, PHASE 1): 1V (VID Target Range: 0.4V to 1.0V)
VOUT (GPU): 1V (VID Target Range: 0.5V to 1.05V)
VBOOT OF TARGET INTEL ATOM E3826: 1.0V or 1.1V.
ICC_MAX (CPU, PHASE 1): 4A
ICC_MAX (GPU): 10A
Design Considerations:
Selected Switching Freq for CPU: 500KHz
For GPU: 605KHz
VID_Vcore_HFM (0 A): 1V (for both CPU & GPU)
R_loadline: 5.9 mV/A
SetVID Fast Slew Rate: 12 mV/us
Over current limit (OCL): 6A (CPU), 15A (GPU).
