Based on my requirement I shortlisted the LM25143-Q1, LM25149-Q1and LM5149-Q1 for 15A to 20A buck converter automotive application, advice the suitable part, which is I shortlisted, or battery pard and below gives the speciation.
Input Voltage: 4 to 40V DC, 12V TYP
Output Voltage: 5V (Auditable or fixed)
Load Current: 15-20A or higher.
Features: Enable, Power Good, OCP, Output SCP, Soft Start, Light load efficiency, Load Disconect, Current limit.
