If the fuel gauge is turned off by pulling down the CE pin after discharging 40% in a new counting cycle, and then pulls up the CE pin, will the accumulated discharge amount be cleared? That is, if the battery is discharged 50% again, will the Cycle Count be increased by 1? Is there a register to store the accumulated discharge amount. where is it?
